*Walnut & Parmesan Bruschetta

- 1 C walnut halves
- 1 C grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 C olive oil
Start by thinly slicing half a baguette. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and broil until golden brown (about 1 ½ minutes per side).
Pulse 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup grated Parmesan, and ½ teaspoon salt in food processor until crumbly. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. While the machine is running, add 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Garnish the bruschetta with additional Parmesan, if desired. Printer Friendly Version
