*Pork Tenderloin With Sweet Onions Tomato Chutney

- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Sweet Onion Large diced
- 1 Bottle Curry Delights Tomato Chutney
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Bunch of Rosemary
Season pork with salt pepper and desired herbs if wanted. Sear on high heat skillet or grill pan for 5-7 minutes per side. Once seared, place in a 350 oven for 15 minutes. In a sauce pan add 3 tbsp olive oil and add onions. Sautee 3 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides. Remove onions from heat. Add tomato chutney and stir.
Remove pork from oven. Slice pork and add tomato and onion mixture on top. Garnish with rosemary. Printer Friendly Version
