*Guacamole with Pear & Raspberries

- 1/3 cup white onions, finely chopped
- 2 Jalapeno chilies, finely chopped with seeds
- 1 TSP sea salt
- 2 pounds ripe avocados (4 avocado)
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice (1 lime)
- ¾ bosc pear, diced
- ¾ cup raspberries (1pkg)
Be sure to order the amount required by the recipe. All quantities above are by single unit.
In a food processor or mortar and pestle, grind onion, chilies, and salt into a rough paste. Gradually add the avocado; coarsely mashing it (you'll want it to be chunky). Stir in the lime juice. Fold in the pear and 1/2 cup of the raspberries. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of raspberries over the guacamole and serve. Serves 8 Printer Friendly Version
