- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 C panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 C parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 C milk
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 3 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pinch of paprika
Combine
the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in a
resealable plastic bag. Dip the chicken breasts in milk and place into
the back. Shake it like you mean it! Place the coated chicken breasts
in a greased baking dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the
lemon juice and garlic. Spoon over the chicken, sprinkle with the
paprika. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Place under the broiler for 5
minutes or until golden on top.
