Caprese Stack
- 3 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1 Angelo & Franco Mozzarella ball
- 1 Earthbound Organic
Arugula
- 1 Lucero Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the tomato & mozzarella
at 1/4 inch width. The ends of the tomato dice to 1/4 inch squares.
Dress plate with Arugula leaves then a slice of tomato followed by mozzarella. Repeat. Make the top layer a slice of heirloom tomato. Top the salad with the
cubed heirloom tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
