Cauliflower with Sriracha

  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • up to 2 TB Sriracha
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets chopped cilantro and lime wedges to serve, optional

Heat oven to 450'. Add first 5 ingredients into a bowl, stir.
Add cauliflower florets, toss to coat.
Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy hot.  Serve with cilantro and lime (optional)
