* Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower with Sriracha
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- up to 2 TB Sriracha
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets chopped cilantro and lime wedges to serve, optional
Heat oven to 450'. Add first 5 ingredients into a bowl, stir. Add cauliflower florets, toss to coat. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast 20-25 minutes. Enjoy hot. Serve with cilantro and lime (optional)
