  •    2 lbs flank steak
  •    3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  •    1 TB Santa Maria seasoning
  •    1 tsp. paprika
  •    2 tsp. Organicville Sriracha
  •    1 TB Worceshire sauce
  •    2 TB red wine vinegar
  •    1/3 cup olive oil
Toss all ingredients in a sealed container or bag. Shake to mix. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to a day.

(For Medium)  Grill over medium high heat 5 minutes per side.  Remove from direct heat and keep on grill for additional 4 minutes.  Let rest for 5-10 minutes depending on thickness, slice and serve.
