Grilled Marinated
Flank Steak

2 lbs. flank steak
- ·
3 garlic cloves, minced
- ·
1 TB Santa Maria Seasoning
- ·
1 tsp paprika
- ·
2 tsp hot sauce or sriracha
- ·
1 TB Worcestershire sauce2 TB red wine vinegar
- ·
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a zip-loc bag and marinate for at
least an hour or overnight. When ready to grill, remove streak from bag and
place on medium-high grill and cook until desired doneness. Discard marinade.
Serves 4-6.
