TB toasted sesame oil

cloves garlic, minced

TB fresh ginger, peeled and minced

pound ground turkey

TB hoisin sauce

TB soy sauce

cup toasted cashews, chopped

cup cilantro, chopped
- ·

butter lettuce leaves
Heat oil in a large skillet over
medium heat until shimmering. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant, 2-3
minutes.
Add turkey and cook until cooked through
and browned, 4-6 minutes.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and
cashews. Remove from heat and still in cilantro.
Divide mixture into lettuce leaves
and serve immediately. Serves 2-4.
