Easiest Summer
Pasta
- 1 pound
pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 8 oz. Angelo
and Franco mozzarella, drained and diced
- 1 pint baby
heirloom tomatoes, diced
- 3 GROW
prepared herb chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bunch
basil, thinly sliced
3 TB balsamic
vinegar
1/2 cup Extra
Virgin olive oil
salt and
pepper
Prepare the
pasta and let cool. Dice the mozzarella,
tomatoes, chicken and basil. Combine
with the pasta. Combine the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil and season with
salt and pepper. Drizzle over pasta
salad. Season to taste. Serves 4
