*Endive, Blue Cheese, Dry Cranberry & Walnut

1 large Endive
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
3 TB cranberries
1/4 cup candied walnuts, chopped (can substitute glazed pecans)
Separate and wash the Endive leaves.  Mix the sour cream into the blue cheese.
Put a dollop of the mixture onto the thick end of the endive leaves.  Add 2-3 cranberries and pieces of walnut on top.  Makes 15-18 leaves.
