Chicken Salad with Balsamic Soy Ginger Vinaigrette
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 2 8-oz pieces  Jidori Chicen
  • 1 cup David's Unforgettables Balsamic Soy Ginger Vinaigrette & Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Marinate chicken in David's Soy Ginger Vinaigrette.  Bake & cube chicken.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss with Balsamic Soy Ginger to taste, and top with chicken. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Makes 2 large servings.
